The Smeg HMF01 hand mixer gives you up to nine speed levels, so you can adjust the power based on what you are preparing. Use the lower settings for lighter mixing tasks, or switch to the turbo function when working with heavier mixtures that need extra power.
The smooth start system helps stop dry ingredients from escaping the bowl, which keeps your prep area cleaner while you mix. The backlit LED display on the control panel shows the speed and time of use, so you can track each mixing session with ease.
The ergonomic handle supports steady handling, while the rapid release trigger allows simple removal of the accessories. The self-balancing design and non-slip feet also help keep the mixer secure when placed on the counter.
To provide more flexibility, the HMF01 hand mixer comes with three different types of accessories. The two wire whisks are ideal for airy textures such as whipped cream, sauces, or egg whites. The two flat whisks are suitable for semi-hard dough such as biscuits and cake bases. The two dough hooks are made for leavened products like bread.
A fabric accessory bag with the Smeg logo is also included, so unused accessories can be stored neatly when not in use.
